Website Update: Adaptive Control for Monitoring Systems

Adaptive Control (AC) is an option for ARTIS GENIOR MODULAR and CTM monitoring systems. This option controls the programmed feed rate of a cutting cycle to maintain a constant load on the tool during the entire cutting cycle. Speeding up cutting will be performed if the cutting power or e.g. spindle acceleration is low (good tool condition, less chip removal).
